📧 Step 1: Check Your Email

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bunnyfy. This email contains:

• Your order number and receipt
• A direct download link to your files
• Order details and purchase summary

Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Add our email to your contacts to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

💻 Step 2: Access Your Download Link

You have two ways to download your files:

Option A: From Your Email

• Open the order confirmation email
• Click the "Download Files" button or link
• Your files will begin downloading immediately

Option B: From Your Account

• Log in to your Bunnyfy account
• Go to "My Account" → "Order History"
• Find your order and click "View Order"
• Click the download link next to each digital product

📁 Step 3: Save Your Files

Once you click the download link:

• Your files will download as a ZIP folder (compressed file)
• Save the ZIP file to a location on your computer where you can easily find it (Desktop, Downloads, or a dedicated project folder)
• Extract/Unzip the folder to access your SVG, PNG, or other design files

How to unzip files:

• Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → Select "Extract All" → Choose destination folder
• Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to automatically extract
• Mobile: Use a file manager app or unzip app from your app store

🎨 Step 4: Start Creating!

Your files are now ready to use! You can:

• Import SVG files into cutting software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, etc.)
• Use PNG files in graphic design programs (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Print designs for physical projects
• Customize and edit files for your specific needs

❓ Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my download email

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify the email address used during checkout
• Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
• Contact our support team if you still don't receive it

My download link isn't working

• Try using a different web browser
• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Disable browser extensions temporarily
• Try downloading from your account page instead

I can't open/unzip my files

• Ensure you have unzip software installed (built-in on most computers)
• Try a different unzip program (7-Zip, WinRAR, The Unarchiver)
• Make sure the download completed fully

The files aren't compatible with my software

• Check the product description for supported formats
• Ensure you're using the correct file type (SVG for cutting machines, PNG for printing)
• Update your software to the latest version
